This easy recipe will give you a way to add lots of Cilantro to your diet to keep you healthy. I use this as a way to prevent inflammation and keep myself and family healthy.
Everyday Cilantro Sauce
1/2 cup Olive Oil
Juice of 1 lime or lemon
an entire bunch of cilantro including stems
salt to taste
1 clove of garlic
a splash of Namashoyu Tamari sauce
Make it thicker or thinner to taste. Add water to turn it into a salad dressing.
