Turmeric Recipes for Everyone

Turmeric Paste

Turmeric helps lubricate joints, is good for skin and mucus membranes, cleanses the blood, reduces inflammation and aids digestion. Time proven and research proven !

¼ cup turmeric powder

½ cup water

Prepare turmeric paste by combining the ingredients in a saucepan and cook on a medium heat until a thick paste is formed. Keep adding water if it gets too thick. After the paste is made, store in an airtight container and refrigerate. You may store this for up to forty days. If you wish, you may add some honey and cinnamon and cardamon to taste.

Options for using turmeric paste:


Golden Milk

1 cup milk, rice milk, or soy milk

1 tsp turmeric paste

¼ tsp almond oil

Combine ingredients in saucepan, on low heat, bring milk to boiling point while stirring Add honey to taste. The mixture may be blended in a blender to make a foamy drink.

Golden Yogurt

Take 1-2 tablespoons of paste, mix with a little yogurt or cottage and eat. Follow with a glass of water.

Golden Rice

Take 1-2 tablespoons of paste and add it to your rice as it is cooking.

Or just drink down 1 tablespoon a day with a glass of water.

Take as much turmeric as possible to reduce inflammation in the joints and to reduce pain.

Golden Toast

For the true turmeric lover

Toast your favorite bread and immediately put butter and honey on it. Then take a few tablespoons of turmeric paste and spread it, just like jam on top of the toast. Wow your friends and family with your turmeric loving ways. Sleep better, digest better and have less pain.
