Therapeutic Baths

Try one of these wonderful baths at night before going to bed. Your family may walk around and ask "What is that smell?" That is their problem. Because this is the smell of self care. When you're done rinse off, go to bed, and sleep better than you have in years!

Not sure if you have heavy metals, radiation or other exposures? Set up a consultation and we will look together using energetic medicine that will gently support your return to wellness.

General Direction: All these baths should be taken in water as hot as you can handle without feeling faint. The temperature should be only as hot as possible for your particular body. While you're soaking toxins are drawn to the surface of the skin. As the water reaches or goes slightly below body temperature, osmotic exchange of fluids takes place and the toxins are drawn out of the body and into the tub of water.

Sea Salt and Baking Soda Bath

Pour one pound of PURE SALT (Sea Salt or Kosher Salt-check the label to make sure the Kosher Salt etc. does not contain any additives) and one pound of BAKING SODA into the tub of hot water. Soak in tub for 20 to 30 mins or until water cools.

Clorox Bath

(For elimination of chemicals and metals)

Pour 1/4 or 1/8th cup of Regular Clorox, much less if using full into the full tub of hot water. Soak in tub for 20-30 minutes or until water cools. Use only CLOROX brand. Do not use “Fresh Scent” or powdered or any other brand. If using “Concentrated” only do 1/8th cup
