Recognize stress/triggers in yourself and add to your toolbox of how to transform and balance through any tough situation. Explore the nature of your unique stress map and balance it with conscious relaxation and embodiment techniques. Develop sensitivity to stress across different cultures and how to accept/acknowledge the nature of vitality in each individual. This course contains Kundalini Yoga & meditation; be ready to meditate deeply and share and co create with others to develop new ways to maximize the lived experience of flowing through life with Vitality and releasing our stress cycles!
